You will also find the skills and confidence to manage your own child's care package in time, if and when you believe it's the right choice for you.
About us
Over the last 10 years I've been managing my life-limited son's Personal Health Budget (Direct Payments), which includes managing the annual budget, recruiting and retaining carers with a career path, providing payroll and sourcing quality clinical training to ensure the package is safe.
During this period, I have worked with a number of other parents with children who have complex needs to provide support to achieve the same level of choice and control with their PHBs, allowing them the flexibility to delivery the care their family needs in the best way possible.
I am committed to improving children's care through Personal Health Budgets support and choice for parents, from a parent-led experience perspective via new and much needed approaches, such as this online community.
